Where Do We Ship?
Ordering an item from Best-iPhone-Accessories.com? We can ship to virtually any address in the United States.
Shipping Options
Best-iPhone-Accessories.com offers three convenient shipping options.
  • Standard Shipping: This option is free on all qualifying products. Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within five business days after shipment.
  • 2-Day Shipping: For an additional charge, Best-iPhone-Accessories.com offers this expedited shipping option for most products. Products shipped via two-day service prior to 5:00 p.m. EST are normally delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time two business days after shipment.
  • Overnight Delivery: For an additional charge, Best-iPhone-Accessories.com offers this expedited shipping option on most of products. Products shipped prior to 5:00 p.m. EST via overnight service are normally delivered by 3:00 p.m. local time one business day after shipment. Overnight delivery is not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves the distributor’s facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond Best-iPhone-Accessories.com’s control once your order leaves the distributor’s facilities, Best-iPhone-Accessories.com cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify.
How Much Does It Cost?
Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. It's really not that complicated. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the Proceed to checkout button. On the order confirmation page, you can play with different shipping options and preferences to see how the prices and delivery estimates change.
When Do We Ship?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form and, you'll see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.

After you've placed your order, you can check on the shipping status in Your Account.
Signature is required for delivery
If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery. Please note that, if you are willing to assume the risks of delivering your order without a signature, you may authorize Best-iPhone-Accessories.com to arrange for a delivery that does not require anyone to be at the delivery address.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, please contact Best-iPhone-Accessories.com to make arrangements for reshipment.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $400 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Returns & Replacements

Holiday Returns Policy
We understand that many customers order holiday gifts early, so we've extended our returns period for the holiday shopping season. Items shipped between November 1 and December 31, 2008, may be returned until January 31, 2009 for a full refund, subject to the other returns guidelines listed below.
General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Best-iPhone-Accessories.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Refunds
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Best-iPhone-Accessories.com.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. If you are due a refund for non-returnable items, a refund will be issued when you contact us about your product issue.
For items directed to our Returns Center, You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in Your Account. If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please e-mail us for further assistance.

Ordering

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Best-iPhone-Accessories.com does not begin payment processing until Best-iPhone-Accessories.com receives all of the information that it needs and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card, and lease orders.
Best-iPhone-Accessories.com will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Your order for in-stock items that are eligible for same-day shipping must be received before your local time of 2:00 p.m., pending payment processing, for there to be adequate remaining time in the day for your order to be dispatched.

Viewing Orders

Once you have placed an order, you can visit online Order Status for shipping and delivery estimates for each item. The items on your order will ship as they become available.
The ‘Ships’ timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.
The ‘Delivers’ date range is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout.
All estimates are based on business days.

Updating Account Information

Using Your Account
By visiting Your Account on Best-iPhone-accessories.com, you can check on your orders, update your account and payment information, and even change your subscriptiong and e-mail communication preferences.
  • Your Orders
    Click the RECENT ORDERS button in the Orders section of Your Account to: See Recently Shipped Orders, Track Packages, Print an Invoice, Combine Orders, Cancel or Change Orders
  • Your Payment Methods and Settings
    The Payment section of Your Account allows you to add to or change the payment methods listed in Your Account for ordering and view check, promotional or Gift Card balances available for future purchases.
  • Your Account Settings
    The Settings section of Your Account contains links for editing your user name and password, and settings related your e-mail, alerts, and subscription preferences.
Updating Payment Information
  • Changing Orders Shipped by Merchants or Marketplace Sellers
    If the item you orders is sold and shipped by a third-party seller, you will need to contact the seller directly to make any order changes. Best-iPhone-Accessories.com transmits your order data to the seller shortly after your order is placed. Once the order is sent, it cannot be modified on best-iphone-accessories.com.
  • Orders Shipping that Can't Be Changed
    If an order is marked as "Shipping Soon," it is being prepared for shipment and cannot be changed by you or by our customer service department. If the package will not reach you because of an incorrect address, it will be returned to us as undeliverable and you will need to place a new order.

Adding or Deleting Addresses
Want to change the shipping address for an order that you've already placed? So long as the order has not yet entered the shipping process, it's easy to do. Visit the relevant order summary in Your Account.
If you do not have any open orders and simply want to delete an address or edit an address for future use, click the "Manage your address book" link under the Account Settings heading in Your Account. Once you've signed in using the e-mail address and password associated with your account, click either the Edit button or the Delete Address button beneath the address you want to change or remove. Please note that, for your security, you will be asked to confirm your credit card number the next time you place an order using the new, edited address. Please also note that any changes you make will apply only to orders that you place in the future. If you want to change the shipping address for an order you've already placed, visit Your Account.
Changing E-Mail Address or Password
  • Updating Your Password Only
    If you simply forgot your password and need to reset it to access your account, visit the link above and provide your e-mail address. We'll then help you acquire a new one by sending a personalized link to your e-mail address. Your new password will become live right away. If you visit us from a computer you have not used before, we will ask for complete verification of your account information before proceeding with the password change.
    Here are some tips for choosing a password:
    • Passwords are case sensitive. For instance, "PASSWORD" and "Password" are two different passwords. When choosing a password, remember the capitalization you use.
    • Passwords must be a minimum of 6 characters.
    • It's best to avoid passwords that are easy to guess, such as "secret," "password," or "letmein." We also suggest that you avoid using your name, e-mail address, or other personal information that is easily obtained.
    • Though it's not a requirement, adding numbers or special characters to your password will make it even stronger. For example, the password "rivers2!%" is a much stronger password than "rivers."
